the location seemed lovely and magnificent near to the beach. got spotless and amazing double room with a view when arrived, enjoyed that. there were air conditioner and tv, which was great.

The location was excellent - right by the nearest restaurants, and the beach and nice restaurants. Junior queen suite I stayed at was fabulous with a view.

Gorgeous and absolutely fantastic hotel in a historic historic style building. Climate control and TV set in the room, beautiful and wonderful location. A view of swimming pool from my window. Location so close to the Belleview Inn as well as Clearwater and Tampa. Also, close to everything.

Relaxing in the sun and enjoying breakfast delivered to our door. Just a heads up, the shampoo situation could be better for a family of four 😊

I had a delightful stay! The room was pristine with a lovely pool view, and I loved the basket of baked treats delivered each morning. The pool was cozy and rarely crowded.

The belleview inn is a fabulous hotel with a fine historic building in perfect renovated condition. We enjoyed a spacious junior king suite with a gorgeous view of the pool and sea. The staff at the gatehouse were lovely, and the breakfast basket delivered to our door was a good touch!

Limited dining options can be a letdown, with no bar or restaurant on-site-just a cafe and takeaway meals brought by other guests. The hotel can feel cramped, especially in the Junior Suite. Preparing luggage requires using the sofa as there's not enough room to maneuver. Noise from nearby doors closing can disrupt the peace, as gaps between doors and floors carry sounds from the corridor into the rooms.
